3jla Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3jla ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://3jla.club. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 3jla platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3jla platform and must not register an account or place any wagers. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms as they stand.

3jla operates under authorisation from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and is subject to all applicable Philippine laws and gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before registering.

To register and maintain an account on 3jla, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online casino gaming in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR. 3jla enforces this requirement strictly and will require age verification documentation before processing any withdrawal from a newly registered account.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register accounts on 3jla.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 3jla employee in any of those categories.
• You must not be self-excluded from 3jla or any other gaming platform operating under a PAGCOR licence. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by creating new accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information at all times. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on 3jla. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, using different email addresses, or through any other method — is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jla account credentials, including your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must notify 3jla support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3jla strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You should use a password that is unique to 3jla and not reused across other platforms. We will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

• Account details including registered name and date of birth cannot be changed after initial verification. Contact support to request corrections where genuinely required.
• Payment method details must match the account holder's identity. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• 3jla may impose account restrictions at any time if required for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming purposes.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login and no wager) for twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 deducted from any remaining balance, following a written notification to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed without further notice.

All financial transactions on 3jla are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). By depositing funds into your 3jla account, you confirm that the funds originate from a payment source that belongs to you and that those funds are not derived from any illegal activity.

Deposits. Minimum deposit is ₱100. 3jla accepts GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven cash payments. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking business day depending on the sending institution. 3jla does not charge deposit transaction fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within 15 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. 3jla may impose a maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit as disclosed in the cashier section. Identity verification may be required before any withdrawal is processed, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ₱50,000.

3jla complies fully with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities where required by law. Players agree to cooperate with any AML-related inquiries including provision of supporting documentation.

3jla offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, as disclosed at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Welcome Bonus. The 100% deposit match welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements are stated at the time the offer is presented.
• Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x means the bonus amount multiplied by 25 must be wagered before withdrawal). Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements — live casino games typically contribute at 100% and slots at 100% unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Validity. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any associated uncleared winnings will be removed from your account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active per account at any time. Players should complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Abuse Prevention. 3jla reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus, and to void any winnings derived from it, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting mathematical advantages in game strategies, placing opposing bets with a partner account, withdrawing without meeting wagering requirements, or breaching any other provision of these Terms.

All games available on 3jla use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical gaming equipment subject to third-party audit. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run average payout and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Past results do not influence future outcomes in RNG-based games.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a wagering session, 3jla's records shall be the definitive source of truth regarding the state of the game and the result of any wager. Where a game result cannot be definitively determined due to a technical failure, the wager amount will be credited back to the player's account. Under no circumstances will 3jla be liable for damages beyond the return of the original wager in such cases.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's help or information section. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3jla and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using more than one account on 3jla, regardless of the method used to circumvent duplicate account detection.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information at registration or during verification procedures.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained through fraudulent means.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or loopholes in any game to produce outcomes not intended by the game design.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, analyse games, or interact with the 3jla platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collusion would produce an unfair advantage, including but not limited to poker and live dealer card games.
• Money laundering, or using the 3jla platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that threatens, harasses, or abuses 3jla staff or other players in any communication channel.

3jla is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity in a sustainable and healthy way. These tools are accessible at any time from within your account settings dashboard.

• Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours (for daily limits), 7 days (weekly), or 30 days (monthly).
• Session Time Limits. Players may configure maximum session durations. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching and will be automatically logged out upon reaching it.
• Reality Check Alerts. Periodic pop-up notifications remind you of the amount of time elapsed and your net win/loss position during your current session.
• Self-Exclusion. Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 7 days) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting 3jla support. Permanent self-exclusions are irreversible. 3jla will take all reasonable steps to ensure self-excluded players cannot re-register, including through identity matching of new registration attempts.

3jla collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, email address, payment details, and gameplay data for the purposes of account administration, regulatory compliance, AML monitoring, responsible gaming, and improving the platform experience. Data is handled in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

3jla will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, fraud prevention services, and technology partners strictly for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

All content on the 3jla platform — including but not limited to the 3jla brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 3jla or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3jla platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of any 3jla content. Any unauthorised use of 3jla intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may attract legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3jla, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

3jla's total liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the relevant event.

3jla does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability and will be communicated to players via the platform or registered email address wherever possible.

3jla reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where required by regulatory authorities, or where continued account operation presents risk to the platform or other players.

Upon legitimate account closure (not resulting from breach of Terms), any verified balance remaining in your account after deduction of any bonus balances not yet cleared through wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to completion of any required identity verification.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting 3jla support. Where closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, 3jla will implement self-exclusion in addition to closing the account, ensuring that re-registration is prevented.

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of your experience on 3jla, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to the 3jla support team via live chat or email within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be investigated.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: 3jla will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and issue a written resolution within 10 business days. Complex investigations may take up to 20 business days; you will be notified of any extension.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 3jla's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's official complaints process. PAGCOR's determination on regulatory matters shall be final and binding.

During the dispute resolution process, 3jla may place a hold on the funds that are the subject of the dispute. This hold will be lifted promptly once the dispute is resolved. Players must cooperate in good faith with any 3jla investigation.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 3jla's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where required to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms in connection with emergency circumstances.

3jla reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 3jla will provide at least seven calendar days' advance notice to registered players via the platform or registered email address. Non-material changes (such as clarification of existing provisions, correction of typographical errors, or formatting updates) may be made without advance notice.

Continued use of the 3jla platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent amendment.
